Teal Unicorn’s clients clean up at 2025 ZeroDX awards

Teal Unicorn and four of our clients were nominated by Corporate Rebels for 2025 ZeroDX awards, and all five of us received an award!

Though the roots of Zero Distance can be traced back to the vision of Zhang Ruimin, founder and chairman emeritus of the Haier Group, and the RenDanHeYi model, there isn’t a singular method for achieving Zero Distance; instead, the approach should be tailored to the unique needs and context of the enterprise. I invoked an AI-generated Peter Drucker to reflect on our Open philosophy

I’m really enjoying exploring AI as an amateur. I don’t understand – nor do I want to understand – all the technical gobbledegook about how AI works. I learn as little as I need to about its functionality in order to use the tool in my work. The results continue to astonish and enrich me.

It replaces secrecy and rigidity with transparency, collaboration, and adaptability. In an Open organisation, strategy is not confined …
