We have received some great visualisations of the changes at two of our clients, PCS and Golden .
The first two graphs show a company growing in size and in profit per employee (which gets shared back to those employees); and the second three graphs show a company shrinking a little as they completely pivot their business for a sustainable future, getting out of declining products, while still sustaining profits and increasing profit per employee (which once again gets shared back to them).
Golden Communication told their story recently at the ZeroDX awards. Their CEO, Nguyễn Minh Hương, shared these graphs
which make it clear the improvement in their performance. As they reported, Golden have changed their organisational structure, moving from five small companies plus a central system into One Golden. From an organisation with a clear hierarchical structure, Golden gradually became more flexible, allowing people to “flow” across different work, projects, and teams based on their capabilities and where they could create the greatest value. The results Golden achieved far exceeded their initial expectations.
Recently we also received the following graphs from PCS, to illustrate their recent update:
They show that the company is shrinking slightly because it is is in transition with a large change of business mix, while still improving profitability: PCS has experienced a shift in its revenue structure: an increase in domestic B2B Express revenue and a decrease in import B2C revenue – as reported in the recent case study.
