Resilient people

We often meet these types of people:

1. Resilient people: They dare to face all challenges in life, dare to fail, dare to take responsibility, dare to admit they are wrong and dare to reveal weaknesses.

2. Normal people: They worry about difficulties and hide their flaws when they need to be hidden.

3. Fragile people: When faced with difficult situations, they will panic, fear, or get angry, blaming those around them or the situation. This person often tends to play the victim, criticizing and complaining about everything. This person also rarely takes responsibility for himself.

Being around resilient people always makes you feel supported. When they receive bad news, especially regarding the faults of others, they are benevolent and seek to help that person deal with it. These people will understand that bad things will pass and that everyone can make mistakes, so they avoid accusing and criticizing people when they do something wrong.

When faced with difficulties, resilient people act and decide, calmly reassuring those who depend on them. They always think about the impact of what they say and do on those around them, especially when they are worried or scared.

Which one of them do you want to be?

Take responsibility for what happens

I realize this: No matter how well we live, unfortunate things can still happen, then our reaction to how they happen will lead to different results. There is a saying that you can choose to sit there and curse the darkness or light the torches and keep moving forward.

The more we choose to take responsibility for what happens, the more power and strength we have in our lives. If you try to blame someone or circumstances, it means you accept that circumstances or someone can control you and you are always dependent on external circumstances.

Life is a series of choices, our fate depends on how we choose to deal with every problem every day, every month, every year.

More and more I realize that living fully and being yourself is the key factor for a healthy spiritual life. However, to do this I must always Take healthy responsibility. Mean:

• Take 100% responsibility for all the experiences you go through.
• Get out of the defensive position
• Always be curious about how you create results from what is happening in your life. How we make decisions and how we react to situations will create corresponding results.
• Be open to learning from every experience
• Inspire others to take 100% responsibility for their experiences.

Calm down, calm down, calm down: Everything will be okay.

“Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair, then rocking and bouncing yourself. You’re floating in place, you have things to do, but you’re still there, not going anywhere…”

One of the best lessons in life that we need to learn is to stay calm in every situation.

Stillness of mind is one of the beautiful gems of wisdom. It is the result of long-term and persistent effort in self-control.

Before, I thought this was impossible. How could anyone do that until I found myself completely calm when hearing the bad news:

When I was told my husband had cancer

When the little brat called and announced that he had just crashed someone else’s car and his own car

When you know that this or that person did something crazy in a psychological crisis…

Storms large and small that suddenly come from many directions do not make me panic or lose my composure. At work, too, many of my clients have exclaimed: “I can’t imagine Cherry being able to stay calm when faced with such difficult situations.”

More and more I realize that the ability to stay calm gives me super strength. Every time something happens I often say to myself:

  •   What happened, what should I do best now?
  •   Things could have been worse.
  •   Luckily, the worst didn’t happen.

Whatever happens I always think: What is the big picture of this whole situation? and I often step back to understand the essence instead of just looking at the phenomenon. That helps me not to act impulsively. I realized I was stronger and kept calm better in many situations where before I would have blown up.

Whatever happens, epidemics, natural disasters, difficulties in life… the only way we have is to be brave and face it with reason. Fear and panic will only make things worse.

Friends, we all have the opportunity to become better every day, let’s try to master this. There are many things in life that are beyond our control, so instead of panicking and losing control, let’s calm down. The calmer you are, the more you will know what to do best. Everything will be okay!

The more afraid we are, the harder it is to enjoy life.
