**FREE BOOK: LIVE AN AGILE LIFE**
Finally, after many days, months, and countless revisions, we have completed our brainchild to present as a gift to our beloved friends.
You can download the book here.
**FOREWORD**
I used to believe that I had to please everyone, live by society’s standards, try not to make mistakes, not show weakness, but also not be too strong, and never disappoint anyone. Until I realized: The most essential thing is to live authentically.
– Authentic in emotions.
– Authentic to my values.
– And authentic to myself.
I didn’t write this book because I have all the answers. I wrote it because I’ve experienced enough to understand that the most important thing is knowing how to return to yourself and trust in who you are if you wish to live fully.
This book embodies numerous experiences, countless conversations, reflections, and also represents the love, trust, support, and companionship from so many people.
Firstly, I want to thank Rob England, my life partner, who walked with me through both dazzling years and challenging times. He courageously shared things that not everyone would choose to tell the world, providing the essential pieces to complete this book. Thank you for your patience, gentleness, and courage to live authentically, something you practice every day.
Thank you to our beloved family members, especially our children, the silent teachers. They taught me about unconditional love, letting go, trusting, and living agilely from the heart.
Thank you to my friends, colleagues, students, and clients—those who shared stories, listened, posed questions that pushed me to deeper reflection, gave me opportunities to learn, grow, and do the work I love every day.
Thank you to the teachers I’ve encountered, both in books and in life, who helped me reshape my worldview and approach myself with greater understanding and kindness.
Thank you to life itself for unexpected outcomes and seemingly insurmountable challenges. Without these trials, I might not have had the motivation to change and become the person I am today.
We decided not to sell this book but instead give it freely to the community as a token of gratitude. We hope what has helped us live better will also reach someone, somewhere, at the moment they need it most.
Lastly, thank you, dear reader, for engaging with these words. Wherever you are from, and wherever you currently stand on your journey, we believe your presence here is meaningful. We hope this book will be just useful enough—a gentle conversation between individuals who are learning how to live more kindly towards themselves and life itself.
We have done our best within our capabilities. If there are imperfections, we hope you will kindly forgive us.
From the heart,
Cherry Vũ
