Though the roots of Zero Distance can be traced back to the vision of Zhang Ruimin, founder and chairman emeritus of the Haier Group, and the RenDanHeYi model, there isn’t a singular method for achieving Zero Distance; instead, the approach should be tailored to the unique needs and context of the enterprise. In this regard, Zero Distance Excellence Awards recognize and highlight the courage and commitment of enterprises that have embraced transformation to achieve Zero Distance, irrespective of their approaches.
