The brilliant John Cutler wrote a parody of “Founder Mode” which, oddly, could be a useful way to articulate to macho-bro some of the right values of what we call an Open executive.

ULTRA Founder Mode is about humility, blameless environment, going to the gemba, reducing systems debt, listening not coming up with answers, soliciting feedback, know the customer, adaptability, vulnerability… It’s brilliant.
