There are really good practical reasons for embracing diversity. Looking good isn’t one of them.

That’s a cynical approach if appeasing others’ desire for diversity, not embracing it yourself.
Diversity makes work better.
It’s more fun, more colourful. Retention.
It’s more creative. Innovation.
It’s more insightful. Problem solving.
To retain diversity, we must be inclusive….
