Here is a fabulous example that led on from our ITSMCrowd webinar the other night, of how thinking about work is rising above models and frameworks, seeing a wider perspective where they have a place but only a place.
many people see the world only through abstractions, living purely in that third space where the mess appears to not exist. The mess is hidden to them.
This makes life feel less messy than it actually is. But the mess is reality. The abstractions are simply useful fictions.
