For me, there are four levels of organisation
1) shareholder-centric: generating wealth for the owners. Burn the world to make a buck.
2) customer-centric: focus on value delivered to meet market demand. Burn employees for fuel.
3) employee-centric: take care of your people and they’ll take care of everything else. Maximise organisational benefit whatever the social impact.
4) social-centric: build a better community and nobody gets burned.
