Don’t let anyone tell you culture change is easy. It is hard to do. Let’s not gloss over the challenges of flipping organisational culture. It’s hard and it takes years. And commitment from owners to governors to executive.
Otherwise we are creating temporary bubbles within a hostile system. They make a good starting point to experiment and generate proof, but they die without organisational buyin.
