What is the real-world equivalent of keeping you camera off while talking or listening in a meeting?
To me, Keeping camera off is to me the same as head down engrossed in one’s phone or laptop in a real world meeting.
I do understand why people do it. That doesn’t change its impact on the dynamic of the meeting.
Our personal needs are only one consideration in any organisation. We must also each take into account what is optimal for the group that we choose to be (or find ourselves) part of.
